· Methodologies/Practices: Agile, DDD, TDD, Automation, Design Patterns, Clean code, Performance Engineering & Benchmarking
· Experience in Optimization algorithms, Linear and mixed integer programming, CPlex, Scheduling and Labor Management

What will you do:
· Develop, test, and maintain the Retail Workforce Management product
· As part of a Scaled Agile team, you will plan, prioritize, and execute your work based on inputs from your lead, manager and/or business owner.
· Assist with technical design
· Autonomously perform refactoring's to improve local software quality.
· Identify and resolve software defects
· Follow standard development processes and procedures
· Handle service requests.
· Work with your team to constantly improve processes and procedures.
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
· 6 to 10 years of related work experience
· Experience includes building, maintaining large scale multi-tier software systems, micro services, RestApis, native SaaS applications
· Skilled in C#, .Net, java script, SaaS applications, building and consuming web services, Apis
· Skilled in objected oriented programming, domain driven design, test driven development, test automation.
· Experience with SaaS platforms: Azure, Azure functions, Azure Storage, Azure Batch
· Knowledge in objective relational mapping of data
· Knowledge in SQL Server Databases
· Understanding of modern architectures, key components, and aspects related to performance including web server, app server, service containers, relational and non-relational databases
· Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
