Job Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Data analyst in Insurance industry with Strong SQL skills to write complex SQL Queries

• Experience with Data Warehousing, Requirements Gathering in Insurance Domain - Data Mapping, Capturing Transformation Rules, Derivation rules, Validation rules etc.

• Must have good Experience in data mining, exploration and SQL

• Gather, analyze, document, and maintain all data requirements related to the business applications, interfaces, and reporting environments, including required Gap analysis, logical and physical data models, and source to target specifications

• Experience with a major relational database management system preferred (i.e. DB2, Oracle, SQL Server)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate the information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik View, Power BI) would be an advantage

• Experience of creating data models (Conceptual, Logical and Physical) , database design & development would be a plus.

• Possess good communication skills, should be able to independently interact with stakeholders (Business, Tech Leads, PMs, QA Leads), should work independently with minimum guidance.
