1.            Excellent understanding of Financials concepts and working knowledge of PeopleSoft AR, Projects, Contracts, Billing, AP, Staffing/Pay Bill, and GL.

2.            Proven experience and examples of Staffing Billing experience.

3.            Experience with PeopleCode, App Engines, Integration Broker and other Peoplesoft development tools and ability to evaluate how a process is working.

4.            Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of Financials data models.

5.            Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once.

6.            Must have a high level of integrity and a strong desire to work within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and requires minimal supervision.

7.            Will need to assist the business in learning the new process and testing to demonstrate a working solution.
