As a Business Systems Analyst for a leading investment manager you will be collaborating with Capital Markets business users to understand business and systems requirements and document them. 

Must Have Skills:
• Industry knowledge of Derivatives and Swaps
• Technical knowledge of XML and Sybase (or SQL Server)
• Very Good Documentation Skills
• Experience working with Business Users to navigate through business requirements and systems requirements documentation process and maximize their limited time availability without interruption
• Testing Skillset (manual testing, functional, usability, UAT, database testing (Sybase) and automated testing (integration, regression)
• Self-Starter
• Very Good Communication skills
• Experience and expertise within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and remaining focused on details

Nice to Have Skills:
• Fast learner who can come up to speed very quickly and can thrive with minimal guidance and supervision (someone who is highly proactive, seeks knowledge and has passion for IT)
