Workday Learning experience: working knowledge of managing contents, creating campaigns, building & using reports, Security roles
Experience with LMS platform migration/ retirement
SAFe Agile, Change Management and/ or Project Management experience
Requirement development/ decomposition experience
6 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) application support & development experience including system configuration in a mid-large sized work environment
Demonstrated success consulting with business leaders to understand their business needs in order to recommend solutions and influence business direction
Proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, evaluate options and propose solutions to complex issues.
