• Analyze batch abend backlog.   
• Tracking Batch and working with the various support areas to help speed up the resolutions 

• Help out in other areas, reviewing reports created to see if they are actually viewed 
• Other MF and distributed areas as needed. 

Core skills that are required: 
 

• Working knowledge of Control-M  
• Working knowledge of mainframe and server systems 
• Experience with batch cycle analysis  
• Experience with ServiceNow tools
