- Building and integrating information systems to meet the business needs.
- Resolving technical problems as they arise.
- Providing supervision and guidance to development teams.
- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
- Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented along with appropriate solutions.
- Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
- Work in tandem with Business and Agile Coaches for prioritizing delivery items (e.g. Stories) from Product Backlog and participate in activities such as Backlog grooming etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Nearly 8-10 years of Information Technology systems design and development experience
- Understanding of Enterprise platforms and their architecture
- Efficient communication skills
- Knowledge of business ecosystems, platform as a service (PaaS), Rest APIs, Springboot, Microservices, Kafka, Azure
- Good understanding and implementation experience of Cloud technologies, Agile DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Event Driven Architecture, coordination styles such as Orchestration, Choreography and backend components
- Familiarity with Agile delivery model
- Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
