We are looking for Solution Architect and expert with Atlassian cloud products and solutions, and the ability to deliver IT, PMO and business process re-engineering opportunities, who will drive technical design sessions and facilitate clear conversations with your IT, business and technical teams to drive project scope, expectations, and delivery, able to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Atlassian tools, will provide overall thought leadership and best practice solutions in order to elevate your implementation and organizational adoption.
What you will do:
Help define internal IT delivery processes and enable end users
Record hands-on usage of Atlassian products and 3rd party add-ons/applications
Drive Atlassian tool solution design, architecture, and implementation
Be the subject matter expert on all Tool usage, standard methodologies, and implementation
Engage Business customers throughout the delivery experience with consistent communication and expectation setting
Architect and document technical solutions that align with client business objectives · Identify and communicate gaps between client's current and desired end states
Be a reliable SME and escalation point for all IT Managers, team members, and customers on service-related issues
Assist with delivery management processes Assist in scoping & project estimation efforts · Provide scheduled and ad-hoc demos and trainings of Atlassian Tools
Lead and support all project and internal communications
Manage multiple client deliverables and expectations in alignment with the Statement of Work and client needs
7+ years of Deep hands-on expertise with the Atlassian cloud product suite (Jira, Confluence, and others) and facilitate 3rd party add-ons (Script runner, Portfolio for Jira, Structure, Tempo, Insight, etc.)
Hand-on experience in integrating Jira platform with other applications for various technical and business user cases
Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL and Agile Frameworks o technical understanding of common IT/Software/Cloud terms and tools
5+ years of project management, agile, SAFe or ITIL development experience
5+ years of expertise with scripting languages like JavaScript, groovy and SQL
Experience working in a dynamic, agile, and customer-facing environment
Experience in consulting and solution based professional services
Demonstrable ability to lead a group of highly intelligent, technology consulting professionals
Able to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken
