JOB DESCRIPTION
Must be strong in the dual disciplines of GISand .Net software development. Responsible for performing full software lifecycleprocess support. Includes analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance ofGIS web services, web-based applications, and desktop solution. Developer isproficient in .Net development integrated with ESRI's Arc Objects and ArcGISServer to develop enterprise applications. Additional skills include SQLServer, ArcGIS desktop, Oracle, geospatial processing, and python.




MUST HAVE qualifications:
10 years of experience 
• Experience working with FME workbench andtransformers and FME server administration
• Thorough knowledge of ArcGIS for Desktop andArcGIS for Server software
• Worked on setting up and maintaining ArcGISEnterprise/ArcGIS Online environments
• Spatial ArcGIS Desktop and web applicationdevelopment using ArcGIS JavaScript API
• Experience with web App builder/ExperienceBuilder development, dashboards and Survey 123
• Experience working with Geodatabasemaintenance and replication, spatial data, ArcGIS and Extensions and Python.
• Understanding of RDBMS concepts and fluency inT-SQL/PL-SQL
• Experience setting up and maintaining ArcGISmobile solutions ArcGIS Field Maps, Field Capture etc.
• Experience in software development using ageneral-purpose programming language and web technologies (e.g., JavaScript,TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, SQL).
• Understanding of best practices for ArcGISServer setup and maintenance

HAVE qualifications:
• Experience with setting up GIS infrastructureon Azure Cloud.
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience in Agile Development
• Understanding of Pipeline industry standards
• Experience working with PODS or ESRI APRdatabase models
• Knowledge of imagery processing and publishingimage services
• Experience working with Verti GIS Geocortexworkflows and adding custom widgets
