  • Must have at least 10 years of BA experience, out of which minimum 4 years of Agile requirement writing experience
  • Soft Skill Must Haves: Should have strong communication skills and analytical skills
  • Can interface between business and technical teams
  • Understands the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)

Experience in:

1. -Requirement gathering
2. -Process/data flow design
3. -Technical spec design
4. -Business analysis
5. -Translating business requirements to technical requirements
6. -Defining project objectives
7. -Feasibility analysis
8. -Supporting development, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing
9. -Creating and documenting UAT strategies/plans and test cases/scripts
10. Should be experienced with tools such as Jira for requirement management
11. Should have strong communication skills
12. Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
13. Should be able to mock up user interfaces for requirement clarification
14. Should be able to generate process diagram, flow diagram, etc., to illustrate requirements
15. Prefer good System testing skills. Should be able to help with manual testing when needed to validate requirements.
16. Experience with Cloud projects a big plus
