UST Global is looking for a highly talented Senior Software Developer with broad knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of software development, including neo4j, which are the core responsibilities of this role. Candidates must exhibit good problem solving skills and be able to take action or make decisions, within the scope of their role, to solve moderately difficult problems, including analysis and design, and own the resolution of the issue through implementation. The role requires continuous growth of technical, business, and people skills as well as producing documentation that complies with development standards. The Software Engineer must communicate project deliverables when expected and provide written communications which clearly articulate what is being said or asked for. This person is expected to foster a team environment where all members are encouraged to be part of the solution and leadership is aware of important actions being taken. Communication should be proactive so that issues are avoided and project resources are used effectively and efficiently.
