Proficient in Microsoft Server OS
Knowledge of Windows 2008,2008 R2,Windows 2012 & 2016  troubleshooting skills;
Knowledge of  VMWare 6.* administration (Server commissioning, decommission. resources upgrades. Etc.)
Understanding of Server Patching  & Antivirus Maintenance activities
Understanding of file servers, DFS, Share folder management.
Knowledge of  OS security hardening and Compliance Check
Good knowledge on ITIL processes
Should be able to adopt new skills and willing to upgrade skill.
Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Single Point of Contact for the client for all delivery related escalations
Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers.
Become a trusted advisor to the client and participate in the client’s strategic planning
Responsible for providing guidance on infrastructure design, systems analysis, security, data center operation, network
Communicate and collaborate with FSE staff as well as the offshore team on a regular basis. 

Required Experience 
Experience in a production IT environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.
