10+ years of experience in Retail and related industries as a Business analyst / Product owner
ability to conduct requirements gathering interviews/workshops and document detailed business needs (‘what’ is required, not ‘how’ IT will deliver it)
understanding of marketing business capabilities and their enabling technologies such as campaign management, audience generation, content management decisions/orchestration, eCommerce, site optimization, analytics, and customer communications
understanding of personalization and loyalty programs including their enabling technologies
lead in in consulting, advising, and guiding stakeholders at all levels of the organization through complex conversations
strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate efficiently both verbally and in written form
