Sr BA - Maintenance Policy decisions knowledge, strong P&C skills preferably in specialty areas
A Senior BA at onshore will design, plan, develop and execute the business operations for maintenance project predominantly in P & C domain in GS. It is for supporting the functions and business maintenance operations of the organization.
A Senior BA is accountable for supporting maintenance project, re solving issues with technical solutions.
This position requires an individual must be equipped with business processes involve elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the maintenance-related business needs of stakeholders, be the customers or end user s of applications. This includes interviewing stakeholders as well as gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the maintenance solutions they need.
Your responsibilities will include:
# Understand business requirements (functional, Non-functional) and document in the form of business objectives, goals, and success criteria
# Translates stakeholder inputs into epics, user stories, wireframes, business rules, and acceptance criteria
# Ensure stories meet quality criteria
# Facilitate the review of stories with team during sprint planning ceremonies to ensure the team has a common understanding of the user story and acceptance criteria.
# Analyze new requests from stakeholders and determine if the request is a defect, new story, a modification to an existing story, or already covered in an existing story
# Prototypes, Flow Diagram, Screen, and Interface designs)
# Review testing issues and determine if the issue is a bug or behaving as expected
# Facilitate user acceptance testing
# Assist with content entry and verification tasks
# Identify opportunities to improve operations and processes, and deliver improvements
# Conduct market research and or engagement specific inputs for service offerings e.g. case studies etc.
# Support in the development of RFI s, RFP s and Service offerings.
# Assist in creating client and or practice related materials (deliverables, solutions, industry best practices, standards, and other knowledge artifacts).
