4-5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service cloud and Sales cloud

3-4+ years of Salesforce implementations experience

Experience with full lifecycle implementations

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field

Experience with foundational business systems within Cash to Quote, Procure to Pay, and/or Record to Report
