 Primary Responsibilities:
• Designs and develops mobile applicationsacross all Android devices
• Collaborates closely with our product, design,and server engineers
• Utilize your experience and judgement to makethe system scalable and performant
• Defines and documents the designs forapplications and enhancements.
• Creates, reviews, and may coordinate executionof unit test plans for multiple projects. Identifies opportunities to improvetesting process.
• Assists with design, coding, testing,implementation, and documentation of solution.
• Develops high level program specifications.Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.
• Assists technical staff and clients toinvestigate, analyze, and resolve highly complex technical problems. Identifiesand manages interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations.
• Analyzes, defines, and documents design fordata, workflow, logical processes, and operating system environment, interfaceswith other systems, internal and external.
• Supervises monitoring of existing applicationsystems operating efficiency. Identifies opportunities for improvement andrecommends technical solutions.
• Demonstrates deep understanding of thebusiness needs driving projects. May be key point of contact for business line.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree, or equivalent workexperience
-Six to eight plus years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills / Experience
- 10 years of experience designing anddeveloping Android native for mobile phones, and tablets
- Strong Experience in native Android frameworks(API, unit testing, deployment, etc.)
- Excellent programming skills in Kotlin/Java
- Familiar with MVVM pattern, data structureswith solid OOP
- Experience with Android SDK performance tools,and optimization.
- Strong object oriented programming, designskills, and computer science fundamentals
- Demonstrated success in delivering complexfull stack mobile applications across native and server-side components
- Utilizes technical expertise and leadershipskills to resolve issues, ensure product goals are met, and serve as a mentorto coach and support junior engineers to continue to raise the engineering baracross the organization.
- Works to drive both high level and detailedtechnical designs, conducts technical reviews and define solution requirementsand technical implementation approaches.
- Defines the team's roadmap in line with thecompany and technology vision.
- Proficient understanding of algorithms, datastructures, architectural design patterns and best practices.
- Adept with agile software developmentlifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills,leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proven collaboration and influencing skills.

Strong hands-on experience programming in Java,JEE, XML, HTML4/5, Ajax, Javascript, C# and/or other OOP languages. Experiencein mobile web applications development on Android or iPad platform. Experiencein Spring MVC framework
