·  Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and web services.
·  Ability to query/join Oracle or SQL Server databases for business understanding
·  8+ years of work experience with writing and execution of Unit test cases
·  Exposure to Healthcare Medicaid/Medicare ecosystem
