Looking for Engineering Lead – API who should have more than 12-15 Yrs of relevant experience
Technical Skills:
- Should have more than 12 -15+ Yrs of relevant experience with more than 5 years of Tech Lead experience in API & UI technologies
- Strong Experience with Spring Java, proficient in JEE applications
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security and Micro Services
- Experience in JUnit Test Cases
- Should have knowledge and exposure to API, microservices
- Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and scaling web services and applications
- Excellent technical design and development skills
- Should have enough experience on front end technologies & tools, not only on React but also on dependencies related to development
- Should have hands on experience on cloud services
- Should have good communication and Leadership skills
- Should be professional, willing to teach junior engineers
- Should have design/architecture experience along with exposure to code & design reviews.
- Should have experience in developing POCs, shared components, reference implementations.
Process Skills:
- Ability to evaluate, analyze, design and implement solutions based on technical requirements
- Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
- Strong design and technical skills, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and able to analyze the impact
