DESCRIPTION This role is an opportunity for a self-driven individual to learn digital content management operations and its platform solutions to scale its business operations. You will lead the effort in defining strategies and framework for quality delivery of digital platform solutions and effective adoptions to promote quality, scalability and process improvement. You will act as a lead advocate on behalf of the Digital Content Management team (DCM) to drive solution delivery in an integrated and cross-functional environment throughout project life cycle from planning, user acceptance test to business roll out, training and communication. Technical design and software programming of these tools are carried out by Apple’s Product & Engineering teams, so partnering closely with these teams to help them understand business deliverable plans and execution processes are critical to your success.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnering with your solutions colleague and Product and apply your analytical skills to gain in-depth knowledge of digital publishing applications, business requirements, business use cases and processes
  • Understanding business processes, business impact analysis and KPI measurement of changes and apply change management methodologies to lead the effort in implementing change initiatives related to business processes and technologies
  • Influencing decisions and managing change across a variety of stakeholders. When conflicting business approaches arise, using your business expertise to persuade and resolve differences to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Defining best-in-class testing strategies and framework to qualify authoring apps. You will be leading user acceptance test from its planning, test scenarios and test cases development to its execution
  • Developing training strategy and plan. Leading the effort in driving business adoption of tools & process with Digital Content Management teams.
  • Helping our cross functional partner teams remain focused on what matters most, and ensuring that they are in alignment with business delivery plan and in supporting successful execution of business deliverables
  • Regularly communicating business delivery planning and status to leadership team and other primary stakeholders
