Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for UI, UX, API
- Participate in deep technical discussions and provide direction for the team.
- Spear head in bringing leading UI technologies, best practices to the team.
- Refine and grow existing processes that make the team overall more efficient and productive.
- Engage in cross functional team conversation to help prioritize tasks, communicate clearly to team members about their goals and overall deliver on business requirements.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in building and managing web UI applications using React
- Expert level experience with Node.js, Express
- Solid understanding of security aspects involved in running Internet facing web applications.
- Strong experience in scaling UI with hundreds of data-points and creating intuitive representations.
- Working knowledge of Cloud Native Technologies.
Qualifications and Experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 8-10 years of work experience with 3 years of team-lead experience and delivering software.
- Proven hand-on technical experience and with some management experience.
- Experience building software in the security domain will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
