Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the CoE team to properly support the day to day delivery of SAP solutions in the areas of design and build, following proper governance, methods and tools;
- Responsible for effective delivery of CoE ERP services resulting from Business demand. Leads the regional CoE ERP organization to support effective, responsive CoE functional design and build services.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to properly govern CoE ERP operations accuracy, efficiency and effectiness to deliver results aligned to business needs (scope, cost, time);
- Provides ERP leadership in integration to demand, run and infrastructure organization.
- Has the ambition, drive and engaging personality to build a world-class operating ERP CoE team.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of effective ERP usage and solutions.
- Has a proven track record of successfully managing template definition, template governance and ERP deployments.
- Has sufficient SAP background to understand and manage the technical requirements of project or individual demands.
- Has experience in ongoing stakeholder management
