JOB DETAIL

  • Knowledge of past and current SAP technologies
  • Experience developing landscape strategies, architectures and implementation plans.
  • Experience in effectively drive collaboration between teams
  • Effective resource provisioning
  • Experience in engaging and managing 3rd party service providers
  • Experience developing Basis governance plans
  • Ability to interpret new information, technology and methodology and then make it understandable to business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the CoE team to properly support the day to day delivery of SAP solutions in the areas of design and build, following proper governance, methods and tools;
  • Responsible for effective delivery of CoE ERP services resulting from Business demand. Leads the regional CoE ERP organization to support effective, responsive CoE functional design and build services.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to properly govern CoE ERP operations accuracy, efficiency and effectiness to deliver results aligned to business needs (scope, cost, time);
  • Provides ERP leadership in integration to demand, run and infrastructure organization.
  • Has the ambition, drive and engaging personality to build a world-class operating ERP CoE team.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of effective ERP usage and solutions.
  • Has a proven track record of successfully managing template definition, template governance and ERP deployments.
  • Has sufficient SAP background to understand and manage the technical requirements of project or individual demands.
  • Has experience in ongoing stakeholder management
