- At least 8 years of experience designing and developing Java applications
- At least 5 years of experience with data migration
- At least 5 years of experience with interpreting database tables and data to mitigate conversion defects
- Detailed understanding of mapping data items between databases
- Experience creating and updating extract, transform, and load logic
- Experience developing web services specifically REST
- Ability to design interfaces using JSON and XML
- Experience with RDBMS Oracle 12c and 19c
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, PLSQL Developer, SQL Plus, SQL Navigator, and TOAD
- Strong ability to research and manage complex data
- Superior ability to identify the underlying cause of performance issues
- Sound oral and written communication skills
- High evaluative and interpretative skills
- Experience using Spring, Spring boot
- Ability to develop functional workflows to improve efficiency
- Experience with unemployment data preferred
