5+ latest years of experience to gather and documenting business requirements
5+ latest years of experience in communicating/translating requirements to the technical project team
3-5+ latest years of Business Analyst experience in Drug discovery regulated area
3-5+ latest years of business analyst experience using AGILE methodology
3-5+ latest years of experience in collecting, mapping, documenting, and communicating current business state and future state (Business Process and Data/information flow)
3+ latest years of experience working the distributed project team that is working from a different locations (countries and time zones)
3+ latest years of experience working on ‘Regulated system/GxP’ or CFR-21 Part 11 and Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
3+ years of experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Mural, Visio)
3+ years of experience with writing test cases, executing and/or driving User acceptance testing (including experience with a testing tool like Quality Central/ALM)
Record of working independently, asynchronously (across time zones), and with excellent communication skills that cross culture/geographic/organizational boundaries
Ability to work in a team of multidisciplinary scientists and IT personnel, and operate effectively in a matrix environment with a customer-centric attitude

Master’s Degree or Bachelor's + 5 years of experience in a scientific or technical discipline (such as biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, computer science, bioinformatics statistics, engineering)
Experience in the ‘Drug Discovery’ business domain
Professional experience working with scientists in ‘Clinical’ or ‘Pre-clinical’ assay development and execution (drug discovery).
Good understanding of Bio Analytics processes in Vaccines
Working or good understanding of vaccine laboratory processes is a plus
Working or good understanding of LIMS systems (like Labware, Watson, Benchling)
Programming experience or knowledge of Rshiny, Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Spotfire, and Qlik.
Programming experience or knowledge of RESTful API
