- Responsible to build, deploy, manage services in Azure cloud platform
- Proficient in leveraging CI and CD tools to automate deployments
- Manage and maintain configuration management
- Contributes to the design, implementation, and deployment of Microsoft Azure Cloud applications
- Works with developers to identify potential operational issues with software and workflows before production release
- Coordinates software and application deployments into various environments (Dev, QA, Stage, Prod)
- Responsible for monitoring, setting up alerts based on system performance, produce reports for uptime
- Familiar with security best practices, ciphers, cert pinning, management of certs (TLS1.2 and above), packet analysis
Requirements
- 5+ Years of proven Development, Operations and/or DevOps experience with deploying and maintaining infrastructure and applications
- Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery/Deployment and Agile practices.
- Good Linux system administrator skills and TCP/IP network fundamentals
- Expertise in scripting languages such as python, perl
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Experience with source code repository tools such as Bitbucket
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Experience with binary artifact repositories like Jfrog.
- Knowledge and use of code analysis and code coverage tools like Coverity
- Strong command of configuration management tools like Chef
- Experience using system and application monitoring tools like Application manager, SolarWinds
- Experience using log collection tools like Graylog
- Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge in working with relational databases like Postgres
- Experience with Blue Green Deployment to reduce downtime and risk, provide continuous deployment and fast rollback
