Minimum Qualifications
- 12 years’ experience managing information technology projects including:
- Within the past three (3) years, managing projects to migrate and/or implement IT applications solutions to the AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Managing projects using Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology
- Managing project teams of technical, program, and contract staff to complete tasks within estimated time frames and budget
- Creating and managing project schedules, scope, and budgets v. actuals
- Managing issues and risks
- Developing and delivering formal status updates and presentations to project sponsors
- Managing contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and building productive relationships with vendors
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or a minimum of seven (7) years equivalent work experience
Experience or Skills / Abilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification
- Experience working in the governmental sector (local, state, or federal)
- MBA or Masters degree
- Planview Enterprise One project and portfolio management software
