JOB DETAIL

 

Working in the Judicial Information Services Department (JISD), this individual is responsible for creating and executing end-user adoption and training. The Microsoft 365 (M365) Adoption Specialist will provide services to Trial Court Departments’ Staff.  End-user adoption may be on demand or pre-scheduled, one on one or group events. Training can be enhanced by scheduling courses from the Microsoft Customer Success Team Training Platform and/or subject matter experts, depending on specific needs.

This individual will develop easy to read information and documentation for using key M365 tools, focusing first on Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The M365 User Success Specialist will also lead all staff communication about M365 to support staff across the Judiciary to optimize the use of the M365 products and services available through its GCC Microsoft license.

Our department has created an M365 portal on an internal communication site that serves as a centralized repository for all resources pertaining to M365 tools, starting first with a focus on Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.  The M365 portal also serves as a repository of published resources, tips and tricks, videos, training opportunities and more.  The M365 Adoption Specialist would work with the portal managers in optimizing the use of the portal and other available Microsoft resources to support their work.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technical writing, training, and developing content on various M365 topics that ensures experienced and inexperienced users have positive learning experiences with these tools which will lead to the adoption of M365 tools across the Judiciary
