JOB DETAIL

•       Around 10+ years of telecom BSS - Mediation & Billing experiences are required.

•       Should be Experienced in one or more leading telecom Billing, Mediation products

•       Should be aware of Agile way of working, Agile processes, ceremonies and should be having experience with working with Rally or equivalent tool

•       Should be able to understand and define Functional requirements based on Business/User Requirements

•       Should be able to Plan the execution and breakdown the Requirements to Features and User stories

•       Should be able to understand upstream & downstream integrations with Billing/Mediation systems

•       Understanding of E2E Call flow and basic understanding of Mediation, Billing principles

•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders – Client

•       Should have understanding of various E2E flows from Pint of Sale, Order Management, Revenue Management, Inventory, Service provisioning, Unified Catalog, CRM

•       Should have knowledge of Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, KPIs and integration with Revenue Management

•       Should have knowledge of Payment processes, Journaling, Taxation, Collections/Dunning, Bill Formatting

 

Short Description: Play the role of Team Lead defining and breakdown the Revenue management requirements in Mediation and Billing domain to Features and user stories and perform solution design, development and implementation of requirements, unit testing to track their implementation closure. It requires to interact with Client Management, Client SME’s, Business Teams, Architects and refine the requirements for the team to implement them. Guide the offshore team for requirements, solutions clarifications and help them perform the development and implementation of requirements

 

Roles and Responsibilities: -

•       Playing a key team lead role in the specified domain area.

•       Working with key Business stakeholders, Involve in requirements and design workshops

•       Interacting effectively with client to refine and understand the requirements

•       Backlog grooming and define Features, User stories

•       Clarify and guide the offshore team w.r.t Features and user stories prioritization, execution

•       Handle and provide Demo’s for the Planned and completed work items

•       Perform development, unit and integration testing, deployment

 

Communication Skills:

•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•       Must be able to communicate complex ideas with both customers and peers in written and oral form.

•       Participate in key Requirements, Functional and Design meetings with stakeholders, architecture team.
