- 6-8 years of angular software engineering experience in an agile environment using Test Driven Development methodology
- Expert in Angular principles and practices to build/refactor powerful, efficient web applications
- Experience with developing/consuming Web Services (REST, SOAP) and API’s
- Experience with Data (SQL or similar query language) and data constructs (XML, JSON)
- Expert with JavaScript framework (ReactJS, AngularJS)
- Expert with NPM, HTML, CSS, Angular CLI, Git, RxJS, Responsive Design, Debugging, and Testing
- Experience with Container technology, and AWS
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana
- Strong understanding of testing patterns to support functional and performance tests
- Experience with unit testing (Karma or Jasmine), debugging of the applications
- Experience with Code Analyzer and scanning tools (SonarQube, Veracode)
Responsibilities:
- Build/Refactor self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
- Establish or fine tune CI/CD pipelines and practices
- Ensures applications are high performing on mobile and desktop
- Ensures profile optimization (memory, and speed)
- Ensures advanced techniques such as multi-threading and concurrency, load balancing etc., are well tuned
- Participates in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team and the product
- Able to read other team members code and pinpoint problems accurately
- Provides support for software products in user environments
