MUST HAVE back-end Developmentexperience
MUST have skills are Java, C ,HTML, XML andstrongly prefer Hardware interactions - device drivers.
Job Responsibilities:
? Working in cross functional teams to define self-checkoutapplication requirements, analyzing/providing schedule input, write functionaland design specifications, developing application software in an agileframework, supporting software test efforts, and participating in support ofthe software once in production.
? The position involves participation and contribution in all phasesof self-checkout application software development, from design inceptionthrough coding, delivery, and support.
? The candidate will need to communicate at different technicallevels, from the application architects to the end user.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering orequivalent
? At least 5 years’ experience in Software development
? At least 3 years’ experience in Object-oriented programming (Java)
? User Interface technology
? Relational Database Experience (SQL)
? XML
? Object-oriented programming (C )
? Retail domain knowledge
? Linux
? Windows
Thecandidate needs strong programming and analytical skills, problem determinationand debugging, attention to detail, teamwork and excellent communication skills
