1.       Minimum 12-14 Years of hands-on core Testing experience

2.       Expertise in Ecommerce domain knowledge, digital testing skills and tools

3.       Experience in Salesforce testing SFCC, BM, OMS, SFMC, and end to end business scenarios in ecommerce domain

4.       Should have API testing skills, Cross Browser tools, BDD, Automation knowledge (Selenium, Java)

5.       Test Strategy, planning, reviews, test data setup, defect triage

6.       Preferred: knowledge in web analytics, tagging and data layer testing, GA4, Piwik PRO

7.       Must have: Experience working at client location, excellent skills in customer stake holder management and effective communication skills, Sharing updates and reports with customer

8.       Should have worked in an ecosystem where multiple vendor teams work together

9.       To be able to co-ordinate well with offshore team, provide required technical support. Bridge between customer and offshore team in day-to-day testing activities

10.   Highlight risks, issues, dependencies to customer

11.   Familiar with Agile process and tools like JIRA, should be able to provide process improvement suggestions as and when needed, active participation in Bug triage, PI planning, Sprint planning, conduct Reviews, Sprint Demo, Retrospective

12.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

13.   Should be able to provide some overlap with offshore IST time

14.   Quick decision maker, flexible to switch between tasks and provide support to client on need basis
