- Serve as lead software developer working with various HHSDC technical teams to provide effective day to day support of CTMS.Work closely with the HHSDC Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment of business requirements and system functionality.
- Provide technical analysis, recommendations, and level of effort estimates.
- Architect and design industry best practice solutions that achieve customer goals and adhere to all Commonwealth and Federally mandated policies and standards.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to the testing team during all phases of maintenance and new development projects.
- Monitor system performance and provide technical troubleshooting and guidance based on agreed service metrics and standards.
- Confer with the IT manager and Applications Developer Administrator (ADA) to ensure solutions conform to customer and technical support specifications.
- Create and maintain technical process and system documentation as needed.

- Experience with a variety of the IT technologies and software development methodologies in addition to the appropriate technical and soft skills necessary to plan and accomplish goals.
- Experience with user interface design, software integration with a variety of platforms, data management, data modeling, and industry standard security methodologies and technologies.
- Experience developing sophisticated, custom user interfaces in Salesforce utilizing Lightning Component Framework, Apex, and Visualforce technologies.
- Experience developing web applications utilizing jQuery and JavaScript.
- Experience developing web services and integrating applications with external SOAP and REST web services.
- Experience and working knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and Microsoft software development tools.
- Experience utilizing Azure DevOps for SDLC workflow and software code repository.
Required skills:
- Complex application design and development that includes integration with external SOAP and REST web services. 5 Years
- Developing software applications with Salesforce. 5 Years
- Ddeveloping data driven software applications using SOQL and SQL query languages. 5 Years
