I am expecting someone with full stack development experience on .NET/SQL in that past but is also familiar with AWS technologies. Our plan is that this role would primarily work on .NET and SQL, but will also have to shadow some of the AWS technologies.

As discussed yesterday, here are the key aspects that I am looking for the Senior Software Engineer position based out of Philadelphia
• Primary technical skills
o Extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET Framework, ASP.NET / SQL / Azure SQL / IIS / Azure Application Services
o Ability and commitment to learn and embrace new technologies that are introduced through new initiatives
o Experience in understanding the data model, extracting data for specific purposes, providing data patches as needed, maintaining the data quality, etc.
• Secondary technical skills
o Experiences with RDS (Postgres), DynamoDB, Redshift, No-SQL DB such as MongoDB, Cassandra etc., is an advantage.
o Experiences with AWS technologies like Glue Job, Lambda, OpenSearch (formerly called as ElasticSearch), Kinesis, S3, etc., is an advantage
o This role might need to shadow the team using these technologies, but need not be an expert
This role should understand the end-to-end capabilities/features and act as a lead to assist and enable the team members to achieve the best results.
