.NET Support Lead Web Developer                                                          

Work Exp: 8 + yrs

We’re looking for a Lead Web Developer who can work as onshore coordinator & developer + L3 support engineer. The candidate should be pro-active and can learn quickly, maintain focus, work collaboratively in an Agile environment, and contribute to the improvement of our QA and release processes.

What you’ll do:

Primary responsibilities:

•             Bridge for the offshore team for follow-ups and direction

•             Take ownership of L3 tickets

•             40-50% hands-on development

•             Firefighting production issues/defects

•             Take control of communicating about critical tickets daily

•             Release coordination with RM team

•             Funneling the tickets and assign the priorities

•             Get the required clarification from onsite team members.

•             Manage the First Response.

•             Work on assigned zendesk /Jira tickets/stories.

•             Ticket queue monitoring and allocation

•             Close coordination with the onshore, offshore managers

Qualifications:

Must Have

•             Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required

•             8+ years of hands on programming experience

•             5+ years of hands on programming on the .NET framework (Core 4.0+) platform using C#

•             Expert in implementing ASP.NET (WebForms and MVC) solutions as well as IIS management

•             Experience on .NET Core and building backend APIs

•             Exposure to Front-end technologies like Angular 2.0/8.0+ and/or React

•             Hands on experience building frameworks and writing Unit tests using automation frameworks

•             Expert experience working with source control tools (TFS, SVN, or GIT) with branching & merging techniques.

•             Strong understanding of build automation

•             Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•             Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Good to Have

•             Experience with Node.js is a plus

•             Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)

•             Hands on Knowledge on Micro-services architecture
