We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members,project managers and the clients of the project, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for creating the projects/products from the scratch.
• Responsible for deploying the products in aws server and troubleshoot.
• Responsible for merging the team members code and pushing into the live servers.
• Responsible for maintaining different environments such as QA and production.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Set clear team goals

• Oversee day-to-day operation

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Experience.

• 6 and above

Specific skills.

• Python, Django, Django rest framework, Aws, Git, Angular/react js.
