Roles and Responsibilities

• •  Pure sales
• •  Field sales
• •  Ability to pick up quality customers across liabilities  and cross sell third party products.
• •  To ensure accurate, timely and error free processing of customer service requests
• •  To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.
• •  To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers
• •  Good knowledge of the geographical area,
• •  Experience in banking as well as exposure to banking products is desired
• •  communication skills with good command in English and Local Language is mandatory
• •  Working knowledge of PPTs and understanding of MIS.
• •  Disciplined on the compliance and Audit part and knowledge of the product being handled
• •  Good co-ordination and networking skills
• •  Sales Experience desired,

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Visiting potential customers for new business.
• Conducting promotional activities to generate customer information and follow up on such leads
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Cross selling of various Banking Products
• Contact potential clients to understand their requirements and sell the advantages of our Banks products that includes liability product.
