Primary responsibilities include, Network Incident Handling and implementing configuration changes /updating firewall rules/policies to meet customer requirements

Knowledge of Monitoring, Server backup and networking tools and best practices

Experience of working within a corporate environment supporting L2 , L3 Switches , F5 LB’s and Network Firewall .

Responsible for day-to-day administration of network Switches/Routers/ firewall

Good awareness of ITIL standards is essential
