JOB DETAIL

  • Partnering with the TA Program Manager and India HR Ops leader to co-create and lead projects.
  • Maintaining roadmap/timelines for India Internship Program.
  • Assessing, reporting on, and managing vendors, tracking effectiveness of the RPO.
  • Reviewing existing programs, transforming as needed and executing innovative TA initiatives using business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Enhancing our existing programs, such as internal mobility and local referral programs.
  • Supporting a framework for Talent Acquisition to deliver a consistent and outstanding experience for every candidate.
  • Reporting to key stakeholders on REQs, candidate and hire metrics, and TA project status.
  • Supporting organizational change management and training as needed.
  • Facilitating regular meetings with your team, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Mentoring India TA Coordinator to provide best stakeholder and client service.


 

  • Minimum 2-3 years HR/TA experience and working knowledge of best practice TA processes
  • Experience executing recruiting program strategies
  • Leveraging industry knowledge and data to drive decisions, direction & change
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • A self-starter mentality, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without direct supervision
  • Comfortable in developing effective relationships with cross functional stakeholders, vendors, and teams across the organization
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and ATS tools (SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.)
  • Has a flexible approach to change, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, constantly seeks improvements and is forward
  • Passion for building relationships and building bridges
  • Focused on a growth-mindset, natural self-starter with a desire for seeking solutions

What we will love about your background:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or equivalent
  • Experience working in tech-industry or a start-up fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with HRIS / recruiting tools and ATS systems (Successfactors SAP preferred)
  • Strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
