JOB DETAIL

  • Provide L1 support to clients across globe
  • Willing to work in rotational night shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Extend technical support to Clients over email/phone and teams
  • Provide technical support for cloud-based issues pertaining to Azure, O365 and AWS
  • Support on Email migrations
  • Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
  • Keen interest in learning cloud technologies.
  • Self-paced learning on technologies
  • Should have good internet bandwidth in supporting clients
  • good verbal communication
