?        Education and/or experience typically obtainedthrough completion of a Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Scrum Master Certification(CSM)

?        Minimum 5 years of Agile, Scrum,project management, or related experience with a software development team thatapplied Scrum principles, practices, and theories

?        Experience in financial institutions orsimilarly regulated industries and software development processes with abackground in the data processing environment, application systems, andcommunication systems

?        Demonstrated leadership ability, businessacumen, and industry knowledge to lead efficient Agile Teams and their goals

?        Requiresapplicable knowledge of the technologies used by the Scrum team

?        Requires deep understanding of patterns andtechniques in managing Sprint ceremonies, handling bugs/defects, and variationsof leading productive teams

?        Requires working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g.JIRA)

?        Excellent written and verbal communicationskills

?        Strong interpersonal / relationship managementskills
