• Strong understanding of MariaDB and MySQL databases
• 2+ years of experience focused on Amazon Relational Database Services
• 1+ years of experience with Core Amazon Web Services
• Well versed in schema design, query construction, and query optimization
• Strong application design knowledge, ETL workflows, and data modeling practices
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and applicable tools

Deliverables

• Map on-premise technology(ies) to Cloud Enablement Practice cloud patterns
• Establish and maintain migration connectivity
• Create database schemas, establish migration permissions, etc.,
• Migrate data to cloud; alter DB and Java functions (standard) and test application post migration
• Work with application SMEs during migration lifecycle
• Participate in migration retrospective and advise on improvements
