Experience Required

• Should have delivered solutions in the space of Data and MDM in SMB to Large enterprise customers. Deep expertise in the Hi-Tech industry and implementing EIM and MDM solutions for SAAS enterprises
• Should have experience putting together overall technical architecture and the infrastructure required to address their business goals. These areas include data architecture, performance scaling, cloud computing, analytics, enterprise-wide SOA.
• Very good functional knowledge of Customer portfolio and all different phases of customer journey and analytics that go along with those phases and the impact it can create on the success of an enterprise
• Experience eliciting and prioritizing critical requirements, develop, execute as well as implement business processes and SOPs to meet their needs.
• Experience working on identifying the right hierarchy design for enterprises based on the business needs. Designing alternate hierarchies and reporting solutions depending on the business rules and type of business 
• Helped Fortune 500 companies strategize and architect various Data management solutions that have encompassed both business and technology.
• Deep expertise in Information Management, MDM Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Big Data Analytics programs from ideaconception.
• Deep expertise in building customer data platform including integration of information of external and internal sources of data and building customer 360 dashboard

• Running discovery workshops to identify challenges and articulating the business benefits
• Working with stakeholders to bring alignment across business functions and socializing business benefits
• Evangelization of MDM and its importance to an organization by building a brand, running workshops, training programs, newsletters
• Establishing enterprise Data Quality frameworks to track, audit, measure and report the quality of data and putting together solutions to cleanse data
• Putting together Data governance framework which including, building, and training the data stewards team both on IT and business side.
• Establish data enrichment strategy across industries and geographies from 2nd and 3rd party sources
• Implemented customer journey analytics starting all the way from the awareness stage to customer loyalty stage and all stages in between.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
• 10+ years ofexperience in the enterprise application domain and 5+ years INFA MDM Product experience in transforming complex strategic business requirements into workable technology solutions
• Experience with data integration technologies in general and INFA ETL / IICS in particular is a must
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have experience with common relational database technologies such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
