Opportunity for BTech/BE Candidates in Process Excellence role in eCommerce industry

 

Role Purpose:

The candidate is expected to identify and implement projects for the business within the client PEX framework and within sound process-improvement accepted disciplines and practices. The charter lies under the Support Domain which aspires to provide the best-in-class support services to respective customers. Candidate is expected to take an end-to-end ownership of projects which aims to improve the existing levers of the ecosystem like quality, speed, and overall performance of the support team and to implement industry leading best practices with an end goal of creating an ideal support system for the customers.

 

Key Role Deliverables:

  • Will be responsible to work at the clients facility.
  • Will be responsible to understand and analyze different levels of the clients ecosystem to identify opportunities to improve the support functionality & customer experience.
  • Drive, identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, eliminating system/process inefficiencies, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant customer satisfaction and business improvement.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt would be preferred (trained or certified).

 

Required skills and attributes

  • An enquiring mind, curiosity and desire to understand why.
  • A BTech/BE with interest in Quality or Six Sigma domain
  • Personality with strong individual skills who can take ownership and accountability of the projects and drive end-to-end implementation.
  • Worked on Process Excellence activities to improve efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills - Act as a focal point to drive the ideas with the clients, service providers, and management.
  • Good to have e-commerce knowldge, not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a stand-alone position and be highly proactive.
