- BSA 8yrs* - emphasis on technology/application/solution analysis for business requirements not just business requirements
- Vizio flowcharting and system/process/data flow diagramming experience
- Good understanding of flat file formats and data mapping
- Attention to detail and ability to probe/research for accuracy of facts and documentation
- Experience with Waterfall and Software Development Lifecycle & related deliverables
- Excellent working session facilitation skills
- Technical background
- Familiarity with Agile/JIRA
- Responsive, confident and prompt communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Ability to compartmentalize and problem solve

- Previous TD exp or other Financial Institution Experience
