Our Innovative and Industry Leading client is searching for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to implement new data solutions and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for enterprise applications running in the Azure cloud, using Python and Spark. Azure Certifications are highly desired.

The Azure Data Engineer will design data solutions in Spark / Python and implement newer Azure features for data analytics, monitoring, and cloud automation. Ideal candidates will be strong in Data Pipelines, Remediation, and Streaming for Data transformation to Azure.

Requirements for Azure Data Engineer:

• 3+ years expertise in designing and implementing Azure data solutions
• Strong data pipelining background with PySpark
• Experience implementing Azure tools such as Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Stream Analytics
• Hands on experience creating data pipelines with Spark / Python and data streaming or analytics
• Experience implementing Terraform in Azure (IaC) is highly desired
• Hands on with scripting – Python, Ruby, Bash or Go
• Experience working with Databricks, Cosmos DB, ADLS, ADF, and Blob Storage is desired
• Azure Certifications are highly desire
