5 years of experience in Healthcare insurance industry with a Payer / Health Plan
Experience in a client-facing role on business analysis
SME in requirements gathering, workflow and process evaluation and improvement, current state assessments, gap analysis and future state definition
SME with full range of Payer/Health plan knowledge
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Health Plan/Payer products and requirements
Hands on with requirements documentation
Strong analytical skills are required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required
Must be a self-starter but also know how to work in a dynamic team environment
Must be experienced and proficient with MS Office, Visio, PowerPoint
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
