Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of Key stake holders and to effectively work with different teams
At least 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in ETL, Data Warehousing and BigData technologies
Extensive experience in writing and optimizing SQLs
Proficient in ETL optimization, designing, coding, and tuning big data processes using PySpark
Experience with building data pipelines and applications to stream and process large datasets at low latencies
Demonstrate efficiency in handling data - tracking data lineage, ensuring data quality, and improving discoverability of data.
Knowledge of Data Security, Engineering and Operational Excellence using standard methodologies
Extensive hands-on coding experience with Glue Jobs and various AWS components like Lambda, AWS Batch job, Step Functions, Athena, S3 etc.,
Experience with GitHub
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong knowledge on Agile principles and ability to consistently execute core components and methodologies

Nice to have:
Knowledge and Experience in Group Insurance (Disability, Life and Accident), particularly on Claims Management will be a plus
Deltalake implementation in AWS, Deeque experience/knowledge will be an advantage
Experience/Knowledge on Artifactory, Terraforms, Stonebranch, AxWay will be a plus
