Must have experience with billing system migration program/project management; must have experience and knowledge of CSG Billing systems. 

Project Manager with experience leading high profile/complex projects within the cable/high speed internet verticals.  The Project Manager will be responsible for defining the project strategy and executing on that strategy over multiple phases. 

Required Skillsets and Background 

1)Lead multiple projects/workstreams as part of a larger program, developing and managing dependencies/alignment between those projects

2)Proven experience communicating verbal/written at Executive (VP and above) levels

3)Solid understanding of multiple project management disciplines (SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

4)Solid background leading projects in Cable/MSO space

5)Understanding of ordering and MACD processes in the Cable/MSO space

6)Understanding and ability to navigate difficult and high stress situations in a positive way.

7)Demonstrated ability to identify risks at the program and project/workstream level prior to them becoming issues and being able to communicate those risks and drive alignment around mitigation strategies

8)Understanding of Cable/MSO billing systems (CSG ACP) required

9)Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the Cable/Telecom vertical

10)Background in systems/solutions architecture or development a plus

11)Background in Quality Assurance a plus
