In this role you will be expected to undertake Business Analyst / Business System Analyst responsibilities within ongoing projects being delivered.  The candidate should have significant Capital Market Domain & BA knowledge to conduct detailed business systems analysis.
Responsibilities!
Act as a liaison between business, systems analysts, developers and Scrum team /project management groups and gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
Should Know requirement documentation like BRD, FRD, GAP Analysis, Use Case,
To understand Wireframes and test strategy document i.e., SIT/UAT.
Designing Data flow diagram, Business process diagrams, E2E workflows as required for development, delivery, and rollout implementation
“Own” and “Drive” all activities essential for system business analysis and delivery of entire engagement and impactful recommendation
Engage with multiple stakeholders including technology resource to explain, clarify and elaborate requirements to enable translation into functional specifications.
Contribute as an effective communicator & thought leader with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
