This person would get specific job in DevOps and would create data models views and data model objects in snowflake environment.
Snowflake uses language like SQL so SQL coding will translate well and experience in same is a plus
Manufacturing experience with Manufacturing data is a plus.
The team has 10 people with project manager, business analyst and several data analyst in the team.
They have filled several roles like this in past and looking to add another person.
Skills required:
- Demonstrated experience writing complex SQL
- Demonstrated experience working in Snowflake Cloud Database
- Demonstrated problem solving skils
- Data Engineer would create warehouse objects and data modeled views based on specific business requirements.
- Ability to work on multiple long and short term project tasks. Project Manager drives priority of task list.

- A typical data engineer is responsible for setting enterprise standards for databases, data integration, and the means to get to the data.
- Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
- Modify existing databases and database management systems. Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
- Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system.
- Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
