JOB DETAIL

 •       BS degree or equivalent

•       Experience working with/on Order-to-Cash teams (OTC) is required.

•       Analytical and communication skills including capabilities in Excel

•       Background in working with Supply, Logistics, Customer Service, and/or Finance is preferred

•       Successfully able to develop and execute new best practice in processes and procedures to ensure accurate non-trade deduction reporting.

•       Must be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to work on multiple concurrent customer accounts and projects.

•       Must possess a high level of motivation with a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.

•       Must be a Team-Player.

•       Fast Learner

•       “Outside the Box” thinking is very important.

•       Ability to interact face to face with management with confidence and credibility.

•       Experience with High Radius and SAP (OTC module) preferred

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•       Work on deductions for a high volume of customer accounts and assist others on the team, as applicable – being a team player is essential

•       Manage a customer portfolio that includes the top RB customers, both for US and Canada

•       Review and manage deduction balances, ensuring receipt of proper documentation and information from key customers

•       Identify appropriate solutions in order to reduce and prevent deductions

•       Follow up with AR (OTC) and customer when additional documentation is required

•       Business partner with groups including (but not limited to) Sales, Logistics, and Customer Supply Services.

•       Reviewing and reconciling data/related substantiation.

•       Monitor accounts for credits and unresolved items

•       Work on recoding of trade deductions to non-trade

•       Strong communication and documentation skills including coordination skills, good personal presentation, oral and written communication skills.

•       Provide excellent customer service to internal and external teams

•       Demonstrate problem-solving skills

•       Excellent research capabilities

•       High level of commitment and ownership is requested for the role.
